Bryan H. Falk Joins the Vorys' Real Estate Group
Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease is pleased to announce that Bryan H. Falk joined the firm as a partner. Falk, a member of the firm’s robust commercial and real estate practice, will lead the finance and real estate practice in the Vorys Cleveland office. Prior to joining Vorys, Falk was a partner and chair of the real estate practice at McDonald Hopkins.
“With the market rebounding, it’s a perfect time to bring someone with Bryan’s experience to the firm,” said Anthony O’Malley, managing partner of the Vorys Cleveland office. “He has worked with all types of lenders as well as national owners and developers. He will be an asset for the firm’s strong and growing finance and real estate practice.”
Falk is a business advisor whose practice focuses on finance, real estate and general corporate counseling. Falk has experience representing national and regional lenders and corporate borrowers in real estate, commercial, asset-based and mezzanine loan transactions. His real estate experience is wide ranging in scope and includes the financing, acquisition, development, construction, leasing and disposition of retail, commercial, multi-family and industrial properties. He is also experienced in corporate mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, joint ventures and commercial transactions.
Falk received his J.D. cum laude from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. from Miami University.
