Canowitz Inducted into Columbus School for Girls Athletic Hall of Fame
Robin Canowitz, a senior attorney in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the health care group, was chosen as the Columbus School for Girls (CSG) 2014 Athletic Hall of Fame inductee. Canowitz was inducted during a ceremony held at CSG’s Wellness and Athletics Complex on April 25, 2014 during the school’s Alumnae Weekend activities.
According to CSG, during her time at the school, Canowitz excelled in multiple sports.
“We are thrilled to induct Robin into our CSG Athletic Hall of Fame,” said CSG Athletic Director Megan Henry in a release. “She was a tremendous athlete in three sports and a true scholar during her time here at CSG. Her continued success as a Division I athlete at the University of Michigan solidified her nomination.”
At Vorys, Canowitz focuses practice on in health care compliance, hospital risk management, medical malpractice and employment law. She has extensive experience drafting hospital policies and procedures. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management.
