Columbia Gas Transmission Files Lawsuit Seeking to Condemn Property Rights Across Numerous Tracts of Private Property

On January 23, 2017, Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in Columbus seeking to condemn property rights across numerous tracts of private property in Fairfield, Hocking, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry and Vinton Counties, Ohio for its proposed Leach Xpress project.
