Fusonie featured on Our Ohio Weekly Podcast “How LEBOR was Defeated”

Tom Fusonie, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, was featured on the Our Ohio Weekly presented by the Ohio Farm Bureau. The Lake Erie Bill of Rights, or LEBOR ballot initiative, was recently ruled invalid by a U.S. District Court judge. Fusonie discusses the process of invalidating LEBOR and what the ruling means for farmers in this edition of Our Ohio Weekly.
