Geigel Elected as Hispanic National Bar Association Region X President
Henrique Geigel, an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group, was elected by the members of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) to serve as the president of Region X, which includes Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. The HNBA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, national membership organization that represents the interests of Hispanic legal professionals in the United States and its territories. The organization is also committed to advocacy on issues of importance to the 58 million people of Hispanic heritage living in the United States.
Geigel has been an active member of the Columbus HNBA chapter for several years. As president, he will lead the organization’s efforts in the three state region. Geigel’s legal practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, as well as general business litigation. He is a member of the national toxic torts defense team for several Fortune 500 companies. Henrique also serves as Ohio counsel in the defense of toxic tort litigation arising from alleged asbestos and benzene exposures, as well as other product and premises liability cases.
