Matthews quoted in Law Technology News story on Electronic Discovery

Douglas R. Matthews, a partner in the firm’s Columbus office, was quoted in a Law Technology News story entitled “KPMG Case Fuels Preservation Debate.” 

The story, which is about a recent ruling on whether an employer needs to preserve the hard drives of all its employee’s computers, states: “‘The variability of court decisions on this topic further supports the need for a Federal Rule of Civil Procedure on preservation,’ wrote attorney Doug Matthews, an electronic discovery specialist at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease.”
