Miller Quoted in Columbus Business First Article Titled "Jerome Township Settles Lawsuit with Developers Over 'Broken' Zoning Process"
Joseph Miller, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, was quoted in a Columbus Business First article titled "Jerome Township Settles Lawsuit with Developers Over 'Broken' Zoning Process."
The article states:
“Each of my clients are pleased with the outcome of the settlement. We think it’s more than fair to Jerome Township,” said Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease attorney Joseph Miller, who represented 11 of the plaintiffs. “This settlement allows responsible, high-quality development to continue in Jerome Township while providing the township a new stream of funding for resources and benefits it did not previously have.”
Jerome Township’s attorney, Michael Loughry of law firm Freeman Mathis and Gary, did not respond to request for comment.
