Vorys Advises Salt Run Capital in Connection with the Sale of The Oxford Oil Company

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP recently advised Salt Run Capital, Inc. in connection with its sale of The Oxford Oil Company, LLC to Eclipse Resources I, LP.   In connection with the closing of the transaction, the name of the acquired company changed to Eclipse Resources-Ohio, LLC.  The acquired company had in excess of 184,000 net acres in Ohio’s Utica Shale play, including a substantial number of net acres in the “wet gas” window of the play where the largest producing wells have been located.
