U.S. are recognized with this respected honor and will be highlighted in Fortune magazine in May. Vorys has been recognized every year since the inception of the survey in 2003 in multiple practice areas.

The survey asked general counsel at the top 500

U.S. companies which outside law firms they turn to first to handle their most challenging legal needs and which firms they preferred in a variety of practice areas. 13 companies named Vorys as their firm of choice in five practice areas including Banking and Finance, Corporate Transactions/Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor and Employment, Litigation and Securities law.

The firm was chosen based on comments from some of the largest and most respected companies in the nation including: Big Lots Stores, Inc., Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., Eaton Corporation, Fifth Third Bancorp, FirstMerit Corp., Fluor Corporation, Goodrich Corporation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Limited Brands, Inc., Lockheed Martin Corporation, National City Corporation, Ohio Casualty Corporation and Park National Corporation.
