Vorys Proud to Advise in Formation of First Bank of Central Ohio

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is proud to have advised in the formation and opening of Ohio’s newest bank, First Bank of Central Ohio, headquartered in Worthington, Ohio.  Together with Ohio State Bank, this is the second de novo bank Vorys has helped open since the recession, and the third de novo bank to open overall in Ohio since that time. For more than a decade, Vorys is the only Ohio-based law firm involved in forming de novo banks in the state.
