Vorys Welcomes Bradley T. Miller as Partner in Cleveland
Vorys is pleased to announce that Bradley T. Miller has joined the firm as a partner in its Cleveland office. Miller, who has more than a decade of sophisticated legal experience primarily in the real estate area, previously practiced at both a major global law firm and a major global corporation.

Miller focuses his practice on the acquisition/disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial, industrial, and multifamily residential properties both in Ohio and throughout the United States. He also advises clients on real estate joint ventures and the real estate aspects of mergers/acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Miller received his J.D. from Duke University, where he served as an articles editor of the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Columbia University, where he majored in English literature.
