Wilson quoted in Competition Law360 article "Competition Cases to Watch in 2009"
James Wilson, a partner in the firm’s Columbus office, was quoted in the article "Competition Cases to Watch in 2009" in the December 19, 2008 edition of Competition Law360. In the article, Wilson discusses how the U.S. Supreme Court may rule in Pacific Bell Telephone et al. v. linkLine Communications Inc.
The article states: “James Wilson, antitrust partner at Vorys Sater Seymour & Pease LLP, said a number of Supreme Court justices do seem interested in taking this opportunity to perform some major surgery on price squeeze theory. ‘My assumption is that at least some of the justices want to take a major look at Section 2,’ Wilson said. ‘It seems it's likely to be a close decision — probably some of the swing justices are going to decide it.’”
