Clancy Selected for the 2024-2025 Public Information INTA Committee

Reed Fryar Clancy, an associate in the Vorys Houston office, was selected for the 2024-2025 Public Information Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).  The Public Information Committee creates digital content to inform the general public about trademarks and brands. 

Clancy's practice focuses primarily on trademark and copyright law.  She has experience counseling clients on trademark and copyright licensing, trademark prosecution and enforcement strategies, and with auditing trademark portfolios to develop national and international filing strategies.  Clancy also has intellectual property litigation experience, particularly before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and experience advocating for clients in domain name dispute resolution proceedings before WIPO.
