Fromme Selected for 2025 Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 Class
Vorys is pleased to announce that Lauren Fromme, a partner in the tax group, has been selected as a member of the 2025 Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 class.
According to the publication, the 40 Under 40 Awards honor “rising stars in the local business world who have distinguished themselves in their companies, their communities and their industries.”
Fromme’s practice focuses on a range of federal income tax planning matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, consolidated groups, real estate, intangible and intellectual property, sale/leaseback transactions, cross-border tax planning, financings and private equity.
Outside of her legal practice, Fromme has served as president and currently sits on the Worthington Libraries Board of Trustees. She sits on the St. Michael School Advisory Board and has served as a Columbus chapter board member for Young Catholic Professionals.
