Gartland Named to Lawdragon 500 Real Estate List
Sheila Nolan Gartland, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, was included in The 2024 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers. Lawdragon indicates that honorees were included for work in the practice areas of real estate, development and finance. Gartland was one of just two Ohio attorneys included in the list.
According to Lawdragon, honorees were chosen through “submissions, journalistic research and editorial vetting” by a board of peers.
Gartland’s experience includes leading teams of lawyers in large-scale finance and development projects, coordinated across multiple practice areas. The projects include data centers, manufacturing and processing facilities, shopping centers, wind farms and solar farms. She also represents clients in the energy sector with oil and gas transactions. Gartland is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a past chair of the Ohio State Bar Association's Real Property Law Section Council, and a past president of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.
