Hine and Bergman Co-Author Analysis of Ohio Bar Amendments for Cincinnati Bar Association

David Hine and Petra Bergman, a partner and associate, respectfully, in the Cincinnati office and members of the litigation group, co-authored an article for the Cincinnati Bar Association.  “Reevaluating the Rules: New Amendments to Ohio Bar Character & Fitness Requirements Update Evaluation Process” examines the Supreme Court of Ohio’s adoption of two amendments to Rule I of the Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio for the purposes of clarifying the bar’s character and fitness evaluation process.
