Mueller Recognized in Patexia 2025 Patent Litigation Intelligence Report

Jason Mueller, a partner in the Houston office and a member of the intellectual property (IP) group, has been recognized as one of the Top 50 patent litigation attorneys in the United States by Patexia’s Patent Litigation 2025 Intelligence Report.

According to Patexia, the Patent Litigation 2025 Intelligence Report “covers a comprehensive analysis of the past five years of patent litigation activity, covering over 18,000 cases, 17,000 patents and insights, reviewing 15,000 attorneys.”

Mueller leads Vorys’ trademark and copyright teams.  As part of his practice, he serves as a lead trial lawyer for clients involved in patent, copyright, branding and corporate confidential information cases, including trade secret and technology matters.  He has more than two decades of experience counseling clients on a wide array of IP matters including federal court litigation, appellate litigation, and international protection and enforcement.
