Pahren Elected to Columbus Bar Association Board of Governors
Sydney Pahren, an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the health care group, was elected to the Columbus Bar Association (CBA) Board of Governors for 2024-2025. The CBA is a diverse community of over 4,800 central Ohio legal professionals. It is led by the members of the Board of Governors and the Board oversees the activities of its various committees and staff.
Pahren focuses her practice on health care law, including transactional, regulatory and compliance matters. She counsels clients on fraud and abuse issues, federal and state anti-kickback statutes, data, technology and privacy matters, and administrative appeals before government agencies. Additionally, she counsels clients in the cannabis and medical marijuana industry. Pahren has extensive experience in preparing employment agreements and negotiating and preparing transaction documents.
Pahren is also the president of the John Mercer Langston Bar Association.
