Venturino Named to 2026 IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders List

Vorys is pleased to announce that Tony Venturino, a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the intellectual property (IP) group, has been included in the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders list for 2026.

According to IAM (Intellectual Asset Management), appearing on the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders list reflects “the mark of a professional whose approach to IP is regarded by peers as truly strategic in nature.”

The most recent recognition is Venturino’s fourth-consecutive appearance on the IAM Strategy 300 list.

As a part of Venturino’s legal practice, he has prepared numerous U.S. and Patent Cooperation Treaty patent applications, trademark applications and opinions.  He has also participated in major IP litigation, post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent Office, as well as oppositions and cancellations at the U.S. Trademark Office.  Venturino also assists clients with complex activities including negotiating and drafting agreements, conducting due diligence for multi-million-dollar technology acquisitions and counseling senior management on intellectual property issues.  He has also written many patent applications for building products, surfactants and secondary oil recovery.
