Vorys Assists Vantage Data Centers in Hyperscale Data Center Development Project

A cross-practice Vorys team has assisted Vantage Data Centers in its development of a hyperscale data center campus in New Albany, Ohio.  The 1.5 million-square foot project will deliver 192 megawatts of IT capacity, and more than $2 billion will be invested into the development.

Vorys attorneys advised the company on numerous facets of the project, including economic development incentives, state and local taxation, land acquisition, condominium structure, zoning, construction, energy, environmental and financing aspects.  Vorys Advisors, an ancillary business owned by the firm, also represented Vantage, providing Ohio government relations services in connection with the project.
