Vorys Attorneys Selected for 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder Program

Vorys is pleased to announce that Theron Anderson, an associate in the Cincinnati office and Antonia Lluberes, an associate in the Washington D.C. office, have been selected by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) for its Pathfinder program.

According to the LCLD, the Pathfinder program “provides high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.”

The seven-month program includes professional-development curriculum – focusing on topics such as leadership skills, leveraging professional networks and career development strategies – as well as numerous opportunities to network with their peers.
