Ziance Interviewed for a Columbus Business First Story Titled, “Ohio's transformational mixed-use tax credit: Lessons learned from the second round of awards”
Scott Ziance, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and lead of the firm’s national economic development incentives practice, was interviewed in a Columbus Business First story regarding the $100 million in tax credits that the Ohio Tax Credit Authority handed out earlier this month.
The story states:
“It was only the second round of the still-new program, and scorecards obtained by Columbus Business First provide new insight into what the authority is looking for as it evaluates projects. The rubric itself is evolving, though, which Scott Ziance of Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease LLP said is to be expected. ‘Usually you get the biggest changes between the first and second round in a program like this,’ Ziance said.”
