Zonars Selected for the New Albany Chamber of Commerce 2024 Leadership Class

Frank Zonars, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, was selected to the New Albany Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership New Albany Class of 2024.  Leadership New Albany is a community leadership development program offered by the New Albany Chamber of Commerce to existing and emerging leaders.  Participants are mid to high-level leaders with significant career and community achievements.

Zonars’ practice focuses on advising privately owned companies in merger & acquisition and joint venture transactions.  He represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, family offices, startup companies and other growth-oriented companies and entrepreneurs in numerous industries including manufacturing, technology and fintech, retail and consumer brands, consumer services, industrial services, esports and gaming and others.  Zonars guides clients through strategic and financial merger & acquisition transactions on both the buy- and sell-side, joint ventures and other business combinations, capital raises and other transactional matters. 

Zonars is also the leader of the Vorys esports and gaming practice group.  He works with esports businesses, teams, corporate partners and sponsors and others in the esports and gaming industries.
