Vorys Litigators Achieve Victory in Driving Records Fee Case

Vorys litigators Lisa Pierce Reisz and Kenneth J. Rubin achieved a victory on behalf of the Ohio Insurance Institute, the Ohio Trucking Association and the Ohio Coalition for Open Government on June 8, 2010, when Judge Richard Frye ruled in favor of the Plaintiffs’ constitutional challenge to the driver's abstract fee increase by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
