Update Highlights
- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) launched a 'COVID-19 Response Resource Center' to provide stakeholders with improved access to USPTO coronavirus-related initiatives, on June 3, 2020.
- The European Patent Office (EPO) decided to postpone until further notice all oral proceedings in opposition scheduled until September 14, 2020, on June 3, 2020.
- The European Union IP Office (EUIPO) announced that it has accelerated work on its e-communications platform following reports of difficulties that customers are having when working from home, on June 8, 2020.
- Other general closures & deadline extensions have been added to the document.
