Immigration Alert: Employers Must Use New Form I-9 on May 7, 2013

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently published a revised Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 for use by employers.  For details, please refer to our previous Immigration Alert here.

As a reminder, starting May 7, 2013, employers must only use the new Form I-9 (Rev. 03/08/13).
