U.S. EPA One Step Closer to Finalizing New Emission Standards
Anthony J. Giuliani, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, outlined the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) proposed emission standards for chromium electroplating and anodizing facilities in an article published in the May 2012 edition of Products Finishing Magazine. Giuliani, a member of the firm’s energy and environmental practice group, found the proposed rules more stringent than current emission standards but says metal finishing companies will have multiple ways to come into compliance, if the standards are implemented.
