Client Alert: Final Rule Requiring Aircraft Re-Registration Becomes Effective

On July 20, 2010, the Federal Aviation Administration published a Final Rule regarding the Re-Registration and Renewal of Aircraft Registration that significantly changes aircraft registration procedures in the United States. The Final Rule became effective on October 1, 2010.
