Sarah A. Rhodes

Sarah is an associate in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. Prior to joining Vorys, Sarah worked in-house as corporate counsel for a large retail corporation. Her practice concentrates on the representation of mortgage lenders in transactions involving the financing and development of skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other senior health care facilities that are insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She has experience with transactions involving master lease portfolios and HUD loan servicing.

Sarah received her J.D. cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where she was a staff editor and a digital editor for The Ohio State Law Journal. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Duquesne University.
