Athena J. Williams

Athena is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s intellectual property (IP) group.

Athena is an associate board member for the Greater Cleveland Film Commission, a 501(c)3 nonprofit working to attract and develop the film and media arts industry in Northeast Ohio.  She previously worked as a finance campaign fellow for the Ohio House Democratic Caucus.

Athena received her J.D. cum laude from the Cleveland State University College of Law, where she served as the president of the Black Law Students’ Association.  She received a B.A. in international studies and a B.A. in comparative religion from Miami University of Ohio.
