Overview
Brady is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group. Brady assists clients with disputes involving trade secret, trademark, copyright, patent, and DMCA claims as well as general commercial litigation.
He has considerable experience representing clients in the manufacturing, retail and entertainment industries.
Brady served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chief Judge Algenon L. Marbley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio
He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School where he was a notes editor for The Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law. He received his B.A. in social and political history from Carnegie Mellon University.
