OVERVIEW
Tracey helps clients navigate a wide range of high-exposure first- and third-party claims arising under various types of insurance policies, including commercial general liability (CGL), environmental, cyber, errors and omissions (E&O), directors and officers (D&O), commercial property, architects and engineers (A&E), and media (both primary and excess).
She routinely counsels clients on a variety of pre-litigation issues such as claims investigation and handling, policy interpretation, and defense and indemnity obligations. She also regularly litigates high-stakes insurance coverage disputes in federal and state trial and appellate courts nationwide, as well as in arbitration forums.
Tracey received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree in history from Boston College. While in law school, Tracey was a staff editor and later a research editor for the Temple Law Review. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Moot Court Competition Team, as well as two legal research and writing courses.
While pursuing her law degree, Tracey worked as a judicial intern for both the Honorable David R. Strawbridge and the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was also a Summer Associate at White and Williams, which she later joined as an Associate after graduating from law school.
