OVERVIEW
Dale F. Roeck II handles a variety of commercial matters and disputes for individual and corporate clients, including pre- and non-litigation matters. He draws on his prior experience as an educator to provide effective and efficient representation.
Before joining the firm, Dale was a legal extern in the Office of General Counsel at The Pennsylvania State University. In that role, he researched a variety of cutting-edge developments in higher education law and increasingly contributed advice on First Amendment matters. Dale also interned at a medical device company, where he analyzed regulations concerning medical device labeling and drafted contract provisions, amendments, and templates.

In law school, Dale was an associate editor and then managing editor of the Penn State Law Review. He also served in leadership roles for several student organizations at Penn State Law and for the graduate student government of Penn State.
In addition to practicing commercial litigation, Dale has assisted pro bono clients with obtaining title to their homes through PhillyVIP’s Tangled Title Program.
Before law school, Dale was an accomplished musician and music educator.
