OVERVIEW

Dale F. Roeck II advises and represents clients in commercial disputes and on a range of non-litigation matters. As a general practitioner, he has managed a dynamic portfolio involving breach-of-contract claims, business torts, federal receivership administration, class actions, intellectual property, gaming law, 50-state surveys, indemnification, higher education law, food advertising, labor and employment, and corporate counseling.

Drawing on his experience as a former teacher, Dale strives to communicate complex legal concepts with an appropriate balance of depth and concision, whether offering practical recommendations to clients or crafting persuasive arguments for litigation.

Before joining the firm, Dale was a legal extern in the Office of General Counsel at The Pennsylvania State University, where he researched cutting-edge developments in higher education law and increasingly contributed advice on First Amendment matters. He also interned at a global medical device company, where he immersed himself in the regulatory scheme on medical device labeling and benchmarked the governance structures of peer corporations.
