OVERVIEW
Keeley Scott is an Associate within the Litigation Department. She focuses on complex and civil litigation matters, toxic tort litigation, personal injury, premise liability, product liability, automobile liability, breach of contract and insurance coverage matters in both state and federal courts.
Before joining the firm, Keeley worked as an Associate at a small-scale firm in Philadelphia, aiding litigation efforts in asbestos-related claims against product manufacturers for local and national clients.
During her time in law school, Keeley was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and the Moot Court Honor Society at Widener University, competed on the Delaware Law Moe Levine Trial Team and won the 2021 Hugh B. Pearce Trial Advocacy Competition and Alternative Dispute Resolution Competitions. She was also a secretary for the Student Bar Association.
