OVERVIEW
Kevin focuses his practice on workers’ compensation subrogation and representation of personal injury victims. He litigates matters involving product defects, premises liability, construction and workplace accidents, catastrophic injuries, and general negligence. Kevin’s comprehensive approach considers all theories of liability and his success in the courtroom yields maximum recovery for each of his clients.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Kevin gained significant experience representing personal injury victims and criminal defendants. His unique background provides him the ability to analyze complex matters and the courtroom confidence to secure favorable results for his clients.
