He represents a diverse range of clients—including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, asset purchasers, and other parties-in-interest—in complex insolvency proceedings and financial disputes. Michael advises clients through all stages of the bankruptcy process, including pre-filing planning, case administration, and post-confirmation matters, with a particular emphasis on strategic solutions that align with each client’s business objectives.
