OVERVIEW
Morgan Liptak concentrates her practice in the area of complex insurance coverage litigation and insurance contract disputes. Her work includes litigating a wide variety of insurance issues, including matters involving environmental pollution, and deals with issues such as trigger of coverage, application of policy exclusions, timely notice, duty to defend, and allocation of coverage.
While in law school, Morgan served as an Article & Notes Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
