OVERVIEW
Mubashir is an Associate in the Health Care and Litigation Practice Group. Before joining White and Williams, Mubashir worked as an intern for the Health Care and Litigation Practice Group throughout law school, which led to his choice to pursue this practice post-graduation. He worked closely with the Partners, Associates and Counsel in this group, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on medical malpractice issues, analyzing medical records, assisting with the preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery requests and conducting legal research for medical malpractice and general litigation matters.
Following Law School, Mubashir worked as a trial attorney for the District Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia before coming to White and Williams, where he handled approximately 30-50 cases each week. He conducted trials and preliminary hearings in municipal court, interviewed victims, witnesses and law enforcement officers to learn details vital to each case and engaged in plea negotiations with defense attorneys, giving Mubashir indispensable, first-hand litigation and trial experience.
