OVERVIEW
Natalie Molz represents individuals and commercial clients in a variety of complex matters arising from business disputes. She has gained extensive litigation experience through her involvement in a range of commercial litigation and product liability matters, including unfair competition under the Lanham Act, employment contract disputes, and environmental toxic tort lawsuits. Her experience also includes handling defamation cases, breach of fiduciary duty cases, trademark cases, and all manner of contract disputes, including the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants.
Natalie has been a member of multiple trial teams in both state and federal court in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. She also has extensive experience in the state and federal appellate courts, including the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the New Jersey Appellate Division, the Delaware Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

- Trial win in a breach of contract action in which Plaintiff alleged that our client, a college, failed to follow its own procedures in a student conduct hearing which resulted in Plaintiff's dismissal from college; after a non-jury trial, the court found the college substantially complied with its procedures.
