OVERVIEW
Robert focuses his practice on representing major insurers in complex coverage, bad faith, and insurance contract disputes. An experienced litigator, Robert has had a varied and broad range of litigation experience. He has managed actions in all stages of civil litigation, including commencing actions and drafting pleadings, seeking emergency judicial intervention, engaging in discovery, drafting and arguing substantive and procedural motions, and working in collaboration with key business and legal stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Robert’s diverse practice included a wide variety of defense litigation matters including bodily injury defense, foreclosure defense matters stemming from the 2007 financial crisis, personal real estate transactions, and chapter 7 and 13 personal bankruptcies. Robert graduated from The University of Dayton School of Law where he served as a staff writer on the University of Dayton Law Review.
