OVERVIEW

Sean Elman is an associate in the Litigation Department with a focus on complex civil litigation and general liability matters. Sean represents insurers, self-insureds, manufacturers, and technology companies in Courts and administrative agencies across the State of Delaware. He strives to provide cost-effective and practical solutions to disputes involving his clients.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Sean gained valuable experience as a personal injury attorney, where he represented clients regarding personal injury and workers compensation matters.

During law school, Sean was a legal intern with the Veterans’ Law Clinic, where he assisted veterans with their compensation claims to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
