OVERVIEW
Sofia is an Associate in the Business Department at White and Williams. Sofia focuses her practice on a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other parties-in-interest.
Before finishing law school, Sofia worked as a Summer Associate for White and Williams, aiding with legal research and drafting memorandums surrounding commercial litigation, bankruptcy and employment law. She also participated in the New York Courts Summer Associate training program.
While in law school, Sofia represented business clients through the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, where she assisted with start-up entity formations and transactional matters. She was also an Oral Advocate for the 2023 Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court competition hosted by St. Johns Law and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
