Amy Vulpio and James Vandermark of the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group served as faculty at PBI's 24^th Annual Bankruptcy Institute held in Philadelphia. In a “Bankruptcy Shark Tank” session, Amy pitched a panel of bankruptcy judges on the advantages of including broad third-party releases in Chapter 11 plans. James served on the course planning team for the commercial bankruptcy portion of the curriculum.
