31st Anniversary Conference of the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI)

This yearly event is a world-class conference for the latest environmental and toxic tort issues where Patti will present “Coverage Update For 2025,” a discussion of recent decisions and pending cases impacting coverage for environmental and mass tort claims, key issues for coverage disputes over emerging risks, and major bankruptcy decisions impacting insurers in mass tort claims.
