At this Live Burn to Learn event, Ben Staherski and Matt Ferrie will present an attorney’s perspective on taking and defending depositions in fire cases. The presentation will discuss party/fact witness depositions, public sector depositions, and expert depositions and challenges. 

This daylong event includes classroom sessions on fire investigation techniques and the mitigation of damages. The event is well attended by first party adjusters, first responders, and subrogation professionals.
