Michael Ciamaichelo, Partner, and Michael DeBona, Counsel, will present “Highway to the Danger Zone: Using Alternative Safer Designs to Prove a Product Liability Case," at the 2025 National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Annual Conference in Chula Vista (San Diego), CA, on October 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM.
This presentation will discuss alternative designs in products liability cases and the importance of this step in the process of investigating and proving liability to establish a defect. The panel will also discuss ways subrogation professionals can learn of or develop alternative designs to help build a stronger, more persuasive case, as well as the potential obstacles that they may face during this process.
