Michael DeBona, Counsel, will present “Spread Theories in Water Losses," at the 2025 National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Annual Conference in Chula Vista (San Diego), CA, on October 28, 2025 at 2:30 PM.

This presentation will examine spread theory in water losses by investigating various failure modes that enhance this spread, emphasizing leak detection systems and the variety of issues that often inhibit their proper use. The presentation will then discuss how to effectively investigate and develop these spread theories to ultimately overcome obstacles and provide avenues for recovery.
