Anthony Salvino Appointed Workers' Compensation Judge in Berks County

Anthony P. Salvino, former Chair of the Workers’ Compensation group, has been appointed a Workers’ Compensation Judge by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication. Salvino will be assigned to Berks County, PA. He is the second lawyer from White and Williams to be appointed to the workers’ comp bench – Daniel Snyder has been serving in Lehigh County since 2014.

Judge Salvino will conduct hearings in disputed workers’ compensation matters, render decisions and provide alternative dispute resolution services in contested matters.

We are very proud of the work he has done on behalf of our clients in the workers’ compensation arena and I am sure that experience will serve him well in his new position with the Commonwealth. We wish him continued success,” said Nancy Conrad, Managing Partner of the Lehigh Valley office.

Salvino earned his BA from St. Joseph’s University and his JD from Villanova University School of Law. He represented utility companies, manufacturers, insurance companies and school districts for more than 25 years, litigating hundreds of cases to successful outcomes for clients. His appointment begins on November 23.
