Randy Friedberg Primary Drafter of New York City Bar "Theatrical Employment Agency" Report
Partner Randy Friedberg served as the primary drafter of the New York City Bar Entertainment Law Committee report titled "Report Supporting Amendments to the Definition of "Theatrical Employment Agency" as Proposed by the NYS Bar Association Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section." The report supports an amendment to the definition of "Theatrical Employment Agency" to specifically exempt duly licensed and actively practicing attorneys in New York from licensing requirements applicable to "theatrical employment agencies" (commonly referred to as "talent agencies").
