White and Williams Adds Insurance Coverage Partner
White and Williams is pleased to announce that Celestine Montague has joined White and Williams as Partner in the Philadelphia office. She practices in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, financial lines and professional liability.
Celestine was a senior associate with the firm for more than 20 years. She returns to White and Williams after five years at a regional boutique insurance firm. She represents property and casualty and professional liability insurance companies in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums, including private arbitrations and mediations.
Celestine has handled insurance coverage and bad faith litigation involving complex and emerging issues pertinent to various types of coverage, including advertising injury/intellectual property; cyber, media, and technology; directors and officers; professional liability; environmental liability; public officials and law enforcement; employment practices; and fidelity bonds. She also has represented clients in litigation involving business and commercial disputes, including contractual indemnification, breach of contract and shareholder derivative actions.
She earned her JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law, her MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and BA from Dickinson College.
